Jaw Crusher Maintenance
Jaw crusher working problems during the operation
1. Jaw crusher suddenly shuts down when it's crushing.
2. The output of jaw crusher can't be up to the standard level.
3. The noise(beating or impact sound) from activities of movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate.
4. The grooved pulley and movable jaw plates are working normally, but the crushing process is stop.
The solution to solve the problems during jaw crusher's working process
Problem 1: jaw crusher output
1. Replace the old jaw crusher by a new one.
2. Change or reset the motor wiring system.
3. Discharge the outlet adjustment to the specification or add a fine crusher for fine crushing process.
4. Check the dimensions of tooth plate with pitch, adjusting fixed jaw and movable jaw plate to relative position.
5. Increase the working site's voltage, in order to adapt to the requirements of the crusher host's load.
6. Change the bearing parts or the movable jaw.
Problem 2: jaw crusher working noise from jaw plates working activities.
1. Fasten the bolts of jaw crusher.
2. Adjust the outlets of jaw crusher ensure there are correct gap between the two jaw plates.

Problem 3: jaw crusher can't crush
1) Replacement of a tension spring.
2) Replacement of trolley.
3) Install or replace the toggle plate
Problem 4: shut down
1) Clear the outlet obstruction.
2) Tightening or replacing the triangle belt.
3) Install or replace the tightly fixed liner.
4) Adjust the working site's voltage
5) Replace the bearings
