Ball mill mechanical structure
Ball mill consists of feeding, discharging parts, turning parts, transmission parts(reducer, small transmission gear, motors, electrical control) etc. Hollow shaft with steel castings, the liner is detachable, rotary gear hobbing with casting, cylinder liner wear studded body, has good abrasion resistance.
Ball mill machine comprises a cylinder body, the cylinder body with useful made of wear resistant material lining, a bearing cylinder and maintain the rotation of the bearing, but also drive part, such as a motor, and a transmission gear, pulley, triangle zone.

Cement ball mill
Cement ball mill is a horizontal cylinder rotating device with outer gear transmission. Cement ball mill is used for grinding cement raw materials including wet cement ball mill and dry cement ball mill etc.
Superfine laminated ball mill
Superfine laminated ball mill is the most famous ball mill with high efficiency and energy saving in China. 1 superfine laminated ball mill equals crushing and screening system and 1/2 grinding classification system. This ball mill is no dust type energy-saving and environmental protection equipment.
Conical ball mill
Conical ball mill is a common ball mill which has changed the structure of the original grinding mill. The ball mill's grinding body, chassis integration, installation can be set up on the base plane. A main bearing adopts double-row self-aligning roller bearing, can reduce energy consumption 30%, improve the fine-grained, processing energy increased by 15 ~ 20%.
Ceramic ball mill
Ceramic ball mill is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal processing and glass ceramic production industry.

Ball mill working priciple
Ball mill is an important kind of equipments for the secondary gridning process. After the material entering the hollow axis by the feeder, the material will be taken evenly and spirally into the first warehouse, where there is the ladder liner or the ripple liner with the different steel balls. When the tube structure revolving produces the centrifugal force, the steel balls will be carried higher to some extent, and then fall down to strike and grind the material. After grinded generally in the first warehouse, the material then will be taken into the second warehous, in which there is the flat liner, the material will be regrind and then be discharged through the discharded liner.
